Why our own demos are not enough
There are seven live catalogs on this site and every one of them is real. They still will not tell you what you actually want to know, because you are not looking at cameras or festivals. You are wondering whether your particular mess of a parts spreadsheet, with its merged cells and its four different ways of writing millimetres, turns into something usable. That is a fair question, and only your data answers it.
What to send
Whatever you already have. A spreadsheet export, a comma-separated file, a chunk of a product database, even a PDF price list if that is genuinely all that exists. It does not need cleaning up first. How much cleanup your data needs is one of the things worth finding out, and finding out early is considerably better than finding out after you have paid.
What comes back
A slice of your own catalog as working pages: filterable, with real item pages and your actual attributes. Enough to see whether the filters land on the right things, whether your attributes make sense as columns, and how much data work is realistically ahead of you before launch.
What it costs and what is expected
Nothing, and nothing. No card, no call scheduled before you have seen anything, no drip sequence afterwards. If it is not right, say so or say nothing at all. I usually reply within one business day.
How to start
Send it over with a sentence about what the catalog is and roughly how many items there are, and mention the pilot so it is not read as a general enquiry. If you already know it fits, hvce reason flat pricing has the number.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a free trial of the product?
No. There is no self-serve free tier. This is a pilot built with you, arranged by email.
Does my data have to be clean first?
No, and it is more useful if it is not. Its actual condition is part of what the pilot reveals.
What happens to my data?
It is used to build your pilot and nothing else. Ask for it to be deleted and it is.
How many items will you do?
Enough to be a genuine answer rather than a teaser. The exact size depends on your catalog and is agreed up front.
What if I want the whole thing built for me?
That is the scoped build route. The pilot is often the first step toward it, and it is quoted separately.
