Most organizations that need a structured catalog already have one, but it's just living in the wrong place.
It might be a spreadsheet that one person maintains and emails out on request. A WordPress site with product pages built from a stack of plugins that nobody wants to touch. A PDF that gets sent to every customer who calls asking whether you carry a specific part. A member directory that looks fine in a browser but shows nothing to Google, ChatGPT, or any other system that doesn't run JavaScript.
The data is there. The problem is what happens or doesn't happen when someone tries to find something in it.
You don't have to start over
The standard assumption when a catalog is broken is that fixing it means rebuilding the website. A new CMS, a new design, an IT project, a developer on retainer, months of work before anything is live.
That's not what this is.
Structured Pages publishes your catalog on a subdomain alongside your existing website. Your current site stays exactly where it is. Your team keeps doing whatever they're already doing. The catalog gets its own dedicated system with search, filtering, and individual pages for every item, without touching anything you've already built.

What you give us
We work with whatever you have. That includes:
Spreadsheets and CSV files. If your data lives in Excel or a shared Google Sheet, that's a starting point. We map the columns, clean what needs cleaning, and import it as structured records.
WordPress. A significant amount of structured catalog data lives inside WordPress custom fields, ACF configurations, WooCommerce product entries, custom post types, FacetWP setups, and combinations of all of the above. Getting that data out cleanly is a known problem with a known solution. We've done it.
PDF catalogs and line cards. A PDF is a dead end for search and filtering, but the underlying information is real and usable. We extract it, structure it, and give it somewhere to work.
Database exports and internal systems. If your data lives in an ERP, a PIM, or an internal system that can produce an export, that export is the starting point. We don't need a clean, perfect file. We only need the information.
What we do with it
We map your existing data to structured records. Every item gets its own page, with its attributes defined so they can be searched, filtered, sorted, and compared. The same record drives the public HTML page, the structured data that search engines and AI systems read, and the machine-readable outputs that let your catalog be queried by software.
You review the result before anything goes live. If something is wrong or missing, we fix it before publishing.
What you get
A working catalog website on a subdomain of your choice, built from the data you already have. Customers can search it, filter by attribute, compare items side by side, and land directly on individual product or member pages from a search engine.
The catalog is live and maintained in one place. Change a record and the published page updates. Add a new item and it appears in search and filters immediately.
You don't need a developer to maintain it. You don't need to coordinate across a CMS, a search plugin, a filtering tool, and a structured data layer separately. It's one system.
What you don't need
You don't need a redesign. You don't need to migrate your website. You don't need an IT project or a procurement cycle. You don't need your data to be perfectly clean before we start. Part of the work is getting it into shape.
