Terms of Service

Terms for using structuredpages.com and purchasing Hosted Builder access.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These terms govern your use of structuredpages.com and the Hosted Builder product (Structured Pages). By browsing this site, you agree to the terms below for public content. By signing up for Hosted Builder, you additionally agree to the account and billing terms in this document.

1. What Structured Pages is

Structured Pages is a publishing engine for structured catalogs — it takes a spreadsheet or dataset of comparable items and turns it into a crawlable, filterable, AI-readable site. This site (structuredpages.com) is both the product's public demo and the account signup path.

2. Hosted Builder accounts

Hosted Builder is a self-serve annual subscription, currently $1499/year, billed through Stripe. Signing up at /account/start creates a real account and provisions a staging workspace automatically — there is no manual approval step.

Hosted Builder includes:

  • A staging workspace with Control Deck (the admin/editing interface)
  • Static export of your catalog site
  • Optionally, live hosting on Structured Pages' infrastructure with your own domain (DNS pointed from your registrar to our server) instead of exporting

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the current paid period.

Refunds: Hosted Builder fees are charged annually via Stripe. If you have not yet generated a static export from your workspace, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] or via /contact/. Once a static export has been downloaded from your workspace, the purchase is non-refundable, since the primary deliverable has been received in full.

After cancellation: When your subscription ends (cancellation, unpaid lapse, or equivalent), your workspace and hosted site are deactivated and the staging workspace volume — including catalog data, uploads, and site settings on that volume — is promptly deleted from our servers as part of teardown. Export your catalog while the subscription is still active if you want a local copy; there is no post-cancellation export window. Static sites you already exported and host elsewhere are unaffected.

3. Your data and content

You own the catalog data, images, and site content you create in your Hosted Builder workspace. We host and process it to operate the service. You can export your full catalog (entities, site settings, and pages) at any time while your account is active, in an open, non-proprietary format — nothing about using the export requires ongoing access to our infrastructure.

4. What we own

The underlying Structured Pages software, templates, and publishing pipeline are proprietary and remain the property of the operator. Your subscription grants you the right to use the software to publish and export your own catalog — it does not grant you rights to the underlying platform code or templates themselves.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Hosted Builder to publish unlawful content, infringe others' intellectual property, or abuse the platform in a way that degrades service for other customers (e.g. excessive automated load, attempts to bypass authentication or billing). We reserve the right to suspend accounts for clear violations of this section.

6. Public site content and AI-readable formats

Public catalog pages on this demo site, and on customer static exports/hosted sites, may include machine-readable formats (?format=md, JSON-LD, llms.txt, sitemaps) intended to support accurate indexing by search engines and AI systems. Visitors may read, cite, and cross-reference public pages for research or evaluation purposes. Automated scraping that degrades server performance is not permitted and may result in blocking.

7. Service availability

We target high uptime and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure changes, or unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for lost business, lost data, or lost search/AI-indexing standing resulting from service interruptions, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Hosted Builder and all generated content are provided "as is." We do not warrant that catalog content, comparisons, or AI-assisted enrichment output are free of errors — customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming accuracy of their own published data, particularly safety-, medical-, or compliance-relevant claims.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue, lost data, or search/AI-visibility changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Seneca County, New York.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: see /contact/ (primary) or email [email protected] (secondary).
